"Shadow and light are two sides of the same coin. One cannot exist without the other." - The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess

The same is true of learning. We learn from failure, from disruption, and from design thinking; all are embraced in successful organizations. Attendees of the 29th Annual Learning Conference join a community of organizational game changers with a common goal: learning faster and better, and creating cultures where people can connect ideas and learning to doing. Attending the conference may spark breakthrough ideas to foster innovation, add capacity to how your organization learns, and help you design resilient systems for humans and organizations. Whether you’re on level one of your journey to excellence, or you seem to have all the shortcut keys figured out, the ability to learn will help you level up!
